Financial Plans and Payments

Dental Insurance

There are many dental offices that have moved to a strictly fee-for-service practice, eliminating insurance all together. Their patients can still submit for payment, but are responsible for 100% of the fee up front. We take a more realistic view and understand that most of us could not afford some of the dentistry we need without the help of dental insurance, as difficult as they are to work with at times. We will accept and will submit insurance claims for all traditional/indemnity insurance plans, although we will ask a patient to cover their anticipated co-payment at the time of service. We are also members of most large PPO programs. If you have any question about your insurance and what it can do for you, please give us a call. We have been working with insurance companies for a long time and we have a very good handle on how best to maximize our patients' benefits.

Payment Plans

Beyond having ones teeth cleaned twice a year, dental treatment can range from needing a few fillings, to needing a few crowns, to needing full mouth rehabilitation. Each of these examples carries with it a certain financial obligation. Some patients can afford to pay their portion of their treatment as they go, while others may want to make payments for extensive treatment over time. We like the fact that we are a small, family oriented dental office. Dentistry is what we are good at, and we’d like to keep it that way. We leave any long term financing to a program that we are members of called Care Credit. They offer a variety of payment options for patients who seek to finance their dental needs. We have information and applications available here at the office. Please feel free to give us a call for more details.
